Regarding to our terms and conditions which covers product warranty, delivery and product returning Hillciti Shopping hub insist that and product purchased must not void the conditions attached to it, so to enable every purchase benefit to be claimed.


Warranty:


Most products are hooked with 3, 6, 12 months to each or above and we strongly recommend every customer to read and follow their terms and conditions to avoid them not to void the product terms which may cause them to loose their product’s warrantee


Voids


Each product has its voidance


E.g. is a mobile Phone which has a seal mark at one of the screw and ones the screw is tampered the product warrantee has been voided and the product won’t gain access to warrantee anymore.


Delivery


Our delivery conditions are given to each product description, Lapsable days before delivery, on this aspect we can’t predict a standard date base on customer’s chosen location but purchased products are not made to last 5 days above the estimated given duration attached to it and if it does please don’t hesitate to notify either our system administrator sales@hillciti.com or Hillciti-Station’s Admin with your product purchased details for faster traces and resolve


Returnable


Before choosing to return a product check and correspond to these terms


1.       If the delivered product is different from your purchase.


2.       If the product is less value to the description when it gets to you.


3.       If the product is tampered before it gets to you.


4.       If the product got damaged before it gets to you.


5.       If the product is worth not your purchase amount.


6.       If there’s factory error while using the product.


Make sure you don’t void products terms before returning it, else you won’t be attended if any of the above instructions are voided.


Hillciti shopping hub offers varieties of products sales and each product may have separate terms/condition that may be attached to it that’s different from others.


We urge every customer to crosscheck their selected product and make sure they’re exact what they want before making payment to avoid regrets after their payments must have been received.


Our shipping method is unique and speedy irrespective of delivery location; heavy products are made to be delivered straight to the customer after purchase, if the purchaser approves it
